Terms of Service

1. What Stamp does

Stamp is a visa application facilitation service. We prepare, review, and submit visa-related documentation on your behalf to schools, employers, and immigration authorities we have partnered with. We do not make visa decisions — those are made solely by the relevant government authority.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and genuine documents. Submitting false or fraudulent information may result in your application being declined, your account being suspended, and may carry legal consequences under the destination country's law.

3. Fees and payment

Our service fee is invoiced by email after an initial eligibility review, and is separate from any government or embassy fee charged directly by the destination country's authorities. Payment is made via bank transfer using the reference provided on your invoice.

4. No guarantee of approval

Our fee covers the preparation and submission of a complete, accurate application — it does not guarantee approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authority.

5. Account use

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account should represent one applicant; do not share your login or submit applications on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close an account found to be submitting fraudulent documents, abusing the platform, or attempting to bypass our partnered-listing process.
