Choose your destination and visa type
Tell us your origin country, your destination, and why you're applying — study, work, joining family, visiting, business, transit, or medical treatment. If it's student or work, you'll choose from schools and companies we've already partnered with.
Create an account
Once your destination and type are set, you'll create an account. This is what lets you save progress, come back later, and track everything afterward — nothing before this point needs to persist.
Fill in your details and upload documents
The application form is broken into short steps rather than one long page. Document upload is its own separate step too — if you don't have your passport scan ready yet, you can come back to just that part later without redoing anything else.
We check completeness and eligibility first
Before anything is invoiced, our team reviews what you've submitted. If something's missing or needs clarifying, you'll get a message asking for it — your application simply waits in "needs action" until it's resolved.
Invoice by email, paid on your terms
Once your application clears the initial check, we send an invoice by email with a unique reference number and payment details. No card details ever touch this website — you pay via bank transfer, and we confirm it manually against the reference.
Final review, submission, and tracking
Once payment is confirmed, your application goes through final review. If it's a student or work visa, we notify the school or employer on your behalf — you never have to. Your dashboard shows every status change until you're approved.
