Our fee covers document review, preparation, and submission on your behalf. It does not include any government or embassy fees charged separately by Malta's immigration authorities — we'll always tell you that amount upfront before you're invoiced.

You're only invoiced after we've reviewed your application for completeness and eligibility — so an invoice means we believe your application is ready to proceed, not just that you clicked submit.
Refunds
If your application is declined after payment, our service fee is refunded in full, since the fee covers a successful submission — not a guaranteed outcome from the destination authority. Government/embassy fees, where applicable, follow that authority's own refund rules, not ours. Full detail in our refund policy.
