Refund Policy

Draft — last updated placeholder. Review with a qualified lawyer before this site goes live.

1. Before you're invoiced

You are never charged anything before we've reviewed your application for completeness and basic eligibility. If your application doesn't pass that initial check, you're simply not invoiced — there is nothing to refund.

2. If you're declined after payment

If your application is declined during final review after your invoice has been paid, our service fee is refunded in full. We'll explain the reason for the decline alongside the refund.

3. If you withdraw your own application

If you choose to withdraw after paying but before a final decision, [placeholder — decide: full refund, partial refund covering work already done, or no refund — and state it plainly here].

4. Government and embassy fees

Any fee charged directly by Malta's immigration authorities is separate from our service fee and follows that authority's own refund rules, not ours.

5. How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the same bank account the original payment was made from, within [placeholder — state your actual timeframe, e.g. 5–10 business days] of the decision.
